What we do
The FFH was formed in 2022, to support the women of Foston Hall.
Key aims are to:
Assist
Assist the women on their journey towards rehabilitation, including supporting them to retain contact with their children and families.
Support
Support the governor and their team as well as informing and engaging the wider community to understand and support the work of the prison.
Develop
Develop and support projects designed to give some purpose and hope to the women of FH.
Current projects
The projects that FHH are involved with are rooted in: creating opportunities for women to grow, heal, and rediscover their sense of worth. These activities reflect compassion in action — practical support paired with dignity, hope, and human connection.
